As the first domestic steam conversion system equipment for nuclear steam supply projects, it incorporates numerous innovative key technologies, pioneering the comprehensive utilization of nuclear energy in China and achieving a breakthrough in nuclear power steam supply. Additionally, SAP leverages its design and manufacturing experience in the field of nuclear steam supply to participate in the formulation of national standards for nuclear steam supply heat exchange equipment.
the four-process evaporator with independently owned intellectual property rights, which adopts an integrated design concept and innovatively places two sets of tube bundles for in-tube condensation and in-tube subcooling within the same evaporator shell, realizing a bilateral phase change evaporation process. It is capable of continuous steam supply of 600t/h for a single unit, ensuring heating reliability requirements when one unit is shut down for maintenance. With strong regulation capabilities, each steam conversion equipment can safely and stably operate under operating conditions ranging from 20% to 100%. Targeted vibration assessment calculations for heat exchanger tube bundles are adopted to ensure high safety and reliability of the heat exchange equipment. Furthermore, the optimized joint structure of the heat exchange tubes and tube sheets meets the requirements of 2,500 startups and shutdowns, avoiding any leakage in the equipment.
