In recent weeks, Shanghai Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. of Shanghai Electric Environmental Protection Group (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Electric Environmental Protection Group’s Engineering Institute”) won the tender for TCL’s largest single-phase industrial park in eastern China. It is reported that this park is designed to be a world-class electronic information industrial cluster. Shanghai Electric Machinery Wins Another Tender for Hydropower Project at Shaanxi Province

Shanghai Electric Enters into Contract of Synchronous Condensers at Xilin Gol League with TBEA

In the last few weeks, Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd. Generator Plant signed a contract with TBEA for 3 distributed synchronous condensers out of four sets installed at Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Fengsheng wind farm employs two 30Mvar synchronous condensers, marking the first in China. The other 50Mvar synchronous condenser is commissioned at Xinyuan wind farm.

With an installed capacity of 11,290MW, the new clean energy base at Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia’s first one whose capacity exceeds 10,000MW, serves as a national output center of clean energy.
