Mr. Xu Jianguo, Director, Vice President and CFO of Shanghai Electric Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and President and Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Electric Finance Group, used to be Deputy Head of the Financial Department of Shanghai Electric Group Asset Management Co., Ltd., Deputy Head and Head of the Finance and Budget Department of Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation, and Head of General Management Department (Finance and Budget Department) of Shanghai Electric Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Xu holds a master’s degree in accounting from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a senior accountant.
