Recently, Shanghai Electric Environmental Protection Group won the bid for the second phase of water treatment project, part of Zhejiang Garden New Energy’s high-performance copper foil project. This is another zero-discharge water treatment project won by the Environmental Engineering Institute after Novat Changsha plant’s procurement of zero-discharge equipment for thin film wastewater treatment, and the first project undertaken by the Environmental Protection Group in the copper foil industry, which is of great significance for its future performance and even maintaining its leading edge in the water treatment field.

With the "Made in China 2025", "Strengthening Foundation Project”, "Internet +" and other major industrial transformation and upgrading strategies, China's electronic information industry will maintain rapid growth. According to the expert analysis, the future of lithium copper foil will remain in a state of supply and demand imbalances. As the first manufacturer planning to manufacture lithium copper foil in Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Garden New Energy plans to introduce world-class production technology and equipment to produce high-performance copper foil products. With 528 acres of land to be acquired, it will implement the plan in two phases to achieve an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons and an annual output value of 5 billion yuan. Through this project, Shanghai Electric Environmental Protection Group will provide technical support to Zhejiang Garden New Energy on its way to becoming a leading enterprise in the copper foil industry.
