The 2020 China Offshore Wind Power Supply Chain Development Conference was held in Nantong on June 8. Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group inked agreements with State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), China Three Gorges New Energy, Luneng Group, and Jiangsu Communications Holding.

Preliminary statistics show that Jiangsu Province is home to more than 60% of upstream enterprises in the offshore wind power industry, and it enjoys a huge potential for offshore wind power in the "14th Five-year Period". The partnerships target opportunities across the offshore wind power supply chain. During the conference, Shanghai Electric Circular Economy Academy was officially unveiled.
