Mine Hoist Synchronous Motor
From the beginning of 1990s, Shangdian company began to design and develop TDBS series frequency conversion and speed regulation synchronous motor for mine hoist, which is suitable for AC-AC frequency conversion or AC-DC-AC frequency conversion power supply system. Vector control mode is adopted for motor operation.This series of products meet the requirements of GB, IEC and other relevant standards, and are divided into different voltage levels, which can match the AC variable frequency power supply of corresponding voltage levels.

The stator core is made of cold-rolled silicon steel plate with high magnetic conductivity, and the stator insulation is impregnated with grade F VPI solventless paint under vacuum pressure, which has good electrical performance, moisture-proof ability, mechanical strength and overall heat dissipation.The rotor adopts full damping structure, which makes the whole transmission system have good dynamic response ability.
