Forging Press and Aluminum Extrusion Machine
The forging press and aluminum extrusion machine are main products of SEHPS, which are widely used in forging, aluminum extrusion and carbon electrode industries. SEHPS is one of the premier companies that can cover the entire forging press supply chain from research and development all the way to sales and distribution in China. Our Aluminum extruders and Carbon extruder are mainly supplied to major companies in China, such as ZhongWang Group and Lanzhou Tansu limited company and a 50% market share in China is achieved for both products. In addition, the Aluminum extruder are also exported to Southeast Asia and Europe.

    1. Three 10000-ton forging presses with maximum force of 16500 tons and tens of small forging presses were manufactured and provided to customers.

    2. Five 10000+ tons Aluminum extruders and more than 30 small-medium scale extruders with different maximum force (from 2500 tons to 9000 tons) were provided to customers form China, East Asia and Europe.

    3. More than 10 carbon extruders (2500/3500 tons)


SEHPS is one of the companies which has ability to design and manufacture large scale forging press in China. The first 10000+ tons hydraulic press was built at SEHPS in 1961. In 2008, a hydraulic oil press for free forging with 16500 tons of maximum force was built which is the largest hydraulic oil press for free forging in the world at that time. 

SEHPS is one of the two main aluminum extrusion press suppliers in China. 100MN pull and push aluminum extrusion press won the First Class of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2004.

SEHPS is one of the two main carbon extrusion press suppliers in China. Most Chinese electrode manufactures are using carbon extrusion presses developed by SEHPS. 


1 Advanced prestressed structures and high accuracy hydraulic control system are applied on the SEHPS forging press. The advanced technology can improve the operational reliability. In addition, the frequency of fast forging can achieve 120 times of forging per minute which can satisfy forging requirements of different special alloying, and many other common materials.

2. Aluminum extrusion press developed be SEHPS with concise design, x type guide system and other advanced technology can meet the customer requirements such as single action extrusion press, double action extrusion press and so on.

3.Advanced technology vertical prepressing and horizontal extruding was applied on the SEHPS carbon extrusion press. It also has many advantages, such as outstanding performance of component assembly of hydraulic and electricity equipment, and high yield of electrode product. Therefore, SEHPS carbon extruder have generated high market share in China.
