The unit of Shangzhuang Power Plant is the first AE94.2 in Chinese market. The power plant is operated both for power generation and district heating during winter time. Given the capability of fast start and superior fuel flexibility, it is not only widely used in natural gas fueled thermal power plants, but also with low BTU fuel in petrochemical plants and steel factories. Other reference projects are Haoyang Project (AE94.2), Bengang Project (AE94.2KS), etc.
