Si Hui Project (AE94.3A)
Invested by SPIC, Sihui Power Plant is located in Sihui Industrial Park, Zhaoqing Nation High-tech Zone, Guangdong Province. Six 400MW class combine cycle units are planed, of which 2 units are installed as Phase I. The main equipment is supplied by Shanghai Electric. Gas turbine is AE94.3A with SC power output of 310MW and 456MW for combine cycle. The 135 MW capacity steam turbine is triple pressure, reheat, double-casing, and extraciton condensing unit. These two units passed 168 hours trial operation in Jun. 8, 2018 and Jul. 23, 2018, respectively.

Sihui Power Plant is the first AE94.3A project in Chinese market. The AE94.3A is widely used in power generation and grid peaking. There are plenty of similar units in commercial operation or under construction, e.g. SPIC Zhoukou Project, Shenergy Group Fengxian Project, China Datang Gaoyao Project, Beijing Energy Yuhai Project, etc.

AE94.3A is compact, reliable, easy maintenance, fast start and environmental sustainable.
The technical features are as below:

1) High efficiency 15-stage axial compressor, with 2 stages of VGVs, 1 annular combustion chamber and 24 Dry low NOX hybrid burners for both fuel gas and fuel oil, 4 stage turbine.

2) Robust rotor design with high stiffness, low weight, easy maintenacce on site.

3) Efficient and reliable secondary air system, featured Rotor Displacement System design.

4) Fast startup. Fast ramp and hot restart capabilities, time to reach base load within 30min.

5) NOx emission lowered up to 15ppm.
6) Fully assembled shipping for gas turbine. Highly integrated auxiliary systems.
