Temperature increase and efficiency increase retrofit project of 330MW units for Jianbi Power Plant
In the temperature increase and efficiency increase retrofit project of subcritical 330MW units for Guodian Jianbi Power Plant project, the parameters of main and reheated steam have been raised by Shanghai Electric from 16.7MPa/538°C/538°C to 17MPa/543°C/ 565°C, and the wide load heaters have been equipped with. The unit economy is greatly improved and a benchmark has been set in the retrofit of similar 300MW units. After theretrofit, the unit was successfully connected to the power grid on June 7, 2018, and has been in good operation so far.

Temperature increase and efficiency increase retrofit project of 300MW units for Jianbi Power Plant breaks through the conventional scheme of only flow path retrofit, and the overall performance level of the unit is  improved from the structure and thermal system. The successful operation of this project has demonstration significance for the comprehensive temperature and efficiency improvement of subcritical Units.

Shanghai electric's complete set retrofit technology of energy saving is to apply the international Advanced Integral Blade Technology (AIBT) of steam turbine at present, to combine with the retrofits of boiler, steam turbine generator and system auxiliary equipment, and to comprehensively optimize the thermal system, so as to realize the best matching of the performances of the steam turbine, steam turbine generator and boiler, to increase the capacity and improves efficiency to the maximum, and to make the operation of the power plant more economical, safe and reliable.
