Environmental protection island retrofit project of 1000MW units for Laizhou Power Plant is an integrated one in one time, which includes adding low-low temperature economizer, ultra-low emission retrofit for the original ESP and the original wet FGD, and coordination with the denitration device.
The first environmental island retrofit project undertaken by Shanghai Electric for USC units.
Retrofit results:
NOX: 25mg/Nm3，Desulfurization efficiency: 98.89% (SOx: 35mg/Nm3)，Dust is reduced to 5mg/Nm3
Desulfurization scheme: the main pipe, branch pipe and spiral nozzle of spray layer have been replaced, one circulating pump has been added, and the tray has been cancelled. the desulfurization efficiency of 98.89% ( SOx: 35mg/Nm3) with increase of 3.89%, and dust is reduced to (5mg/Nm3) by 5 spray layers + high-efficiency demisters. NOX at ESP outlet is reduced to 25mg/Nm3, and the power consumption of each boiler is reduced by 1500kW.
