Ultra low emission environmental island retrofit of 900MW supercritical units for Shenneng Waigaoqiao 2nd Power Plant
Ultra low emission environmental island retrofit project of 900MW supercritical units for Shenneng Waigaoqiao 2nd Power Plant is a continuous improvement project. According to the environmental protection requirements, the denitration, desulfurization and leakage free GGH have been constructed in stages, and the ultra-low emission environmental protection island retrofit is finally completed.
The first retrofit project undertaken by Shanghai Electric in the mode of environmental protection island.
After the retrofit, the actually measured value of environmental protection index meets the national ultra-low emission retrofit requirements:
SO2: 15.9 mg/Nm3，NOx: 10.7 mg/Nm3，Dust: 1.7 mg/Nm3
The synergistic effect among all systems and equipment has been fully considered and organically integrated; the investment and operation cost have been saved under the same efficiency condition; the layout has been uniformly considered and occupied area is small.
