Dongying，Datang：2X1000MW project full capacity feed water pump turbine
Datang dongying project is the first six-cylinder, six-row steam eleven level regenerative unit with one million units in China.It consists of a single-flow ultra-high pressure cylinder, a double-flow high-pressure cylinder, a double-flow medium pressure cylinder, and three 12.5m2 double-flow low-pressure cylinders arranged in series.

    • Steam inlet ：0.9～1.6MPa(a)/ 350～400 ℃

    • Rate flow：126t/h（Max：153t/h）

    • Back pressure：～6.79kPa(a)

    • Rotating speed : 2800～500r/min


The turbo unit adopts the advanced AIBT integrated flow technology to reduce energy consumption, and improves the circulating thermal efficiency of the whole unit by increasing the heat recovery series and adopting ultra-low back pressure.Based on the design of ultra-supercritical secondary reheat series units, this unit is the most numerous cylinder and the longest shafting in our factory.
