After severe flooding struck Zhengzhou in July 2021, Dahua responded immediately to an emergency request from State Grid Zhengzhou Power Supply Company to support power restoration. The project required the urgent delivery of 57 low-voltage switchgear units and 88 units of 10kV gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear under extreme time pressure. Dahua quickly activated its emergency supply plan, forming a cross-functional task force to accelerate specification confirmation, procurement, production, and coordination. Production lines were reprioritized, and senior technical experts oversaw manufacturing quality throughout the process. At the same time, our after-sales team deployed to the disaster zone to support installation, commissioning, and on-site problem-solving. As a result, all 145 units were installed and energized 48 hours ahead of schedule, helping speed up grid recovery and demonstrating Dahua‘s strong emergency response and supply chain resilience.
