Shanghai Electric recently launched 2021 campus recruitment.

Shanghai Electric will adjust the salary guideline to the market average after taking into account the salary expectations of candidates this year and the surveyed pay level among subsidiaries last year. Graduates from the Double Tops Program will be preferred. Considering payment ability and salary structure within the group, a multi-level pay structure will be developed based on candidates' qualifications and the strength of their colleges. To attract top graduates that are much needed, a more competitive salary above the threshold can be offered.

As Shanghai Electric works to pursue quality and efficient development and promote independent innovation and core competence, enterprises with operations outside Shanghai and overseas should pay more attention to recruiting talents from other cities and countries.
