In China and Southeast Asia, Syzran has totally provided more than 460 fan mills. Particularly, in China, all fan mills of 600+ power plants were supplied by Syzran.
SEHPS started producing heavy equipment for power plant and mining for a long time. The key technology of Fan mill is model selection, and SEHPS cooperates with Russia Syzran who provide all drawings, manufacturing instructions and customer service.
Outlet airflow is adjustable. An air flow rate adjustment device is installed at the top of the classifier in order to adjust the airflow rate at exit. The airflow rate is able to be regulated to 0 ~ 30 % of the normal outlet airflow rate. Thus, the ratio between air and coal at the classifier outlet can be efficiently adjusted to better fit for the requirement of boiler load change.
Raise the pressure head. The pressure head of large-scale fan mill can reach 2000Pa and even higher at a low operating load in order to transfer the coal dust to boiler.
Suitable for high moisture coal. Excellent adaptability for the raw coal with 30-50% moisture content.
Adjustable coal dust temperature at the classifier outlet. The internal circulation tube is inserted between the classifier and the mill, therefore the temperature can be controlled by the switch of the internal circulation tube.
The strike plate is made of wear resistance material. The strike plate is made of alloying material which displays particular properties and features, such as high strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance. The life cycle can reach 2500-3000 hours.
Using force lubrication system. Lubrication station is built for the coal mills. It can provide lubrication and cooling to the motor bearing and bearing chock with the aim of preventing bearing form overheat (<70℃)。
Adjustable coal dust fineness and high uniformity of coal dust size. The fineness of coal dust at classifier outlet is adjusted by using dampers inside the classifier. The adjustment range is 5-10%.
Front and back disk of the pulverizing wheel are made of high performance material and using special process, which results in better wear-resistance and longer life. The welding connecting support and the die forge connecting plate can improve the efficient contact surface and penetrate ratio in order to improve the milling and crushing capacity of pulverizing wheel, plus it can improve the ventilation rate and promote the pressure head.
