This is the first EPC project in the Gulf Middle East signed by our company and Kuwait Ministry of Energy and Water (MEW). The scope of the contract includes: survey, design, manufacture, testing, procurement, transportation, civil work, installation, and operation of three 132/11kV GIS substations. Each substation includes: 4 132/11kV 30MVA transformers, 13 132kV GIS intervals, 37 11kV AIS intervals, and corresponding protection monitoring, grounding, AC and DC and other supporting equipment. Besides, it also includes 6.7km 132kV buried cable replacement. The total contract amount is approximately KRW 12.8 million (KWD), equivalent to approximately RMB 268 million, and the construction period is 24 months.
