The SG cyclone coal gasification technology is of the world's first water wall gasifier of tangential coal water slurry with multiple burners. It adopts the small tangential design with multiple nozzles, multiple nozzles feed materials together, the load of a single burner is reduced, and the atomization performance of the burner is better. A small tangential circle similar to the cyclone is formed in the furnace, which strengthens the heat and mass transfer during the gasification and improves the conversion efficiency of coal to the maximum extent. It features excellent stability, strong coal adaptability, high system operation rate, strong safety, environment-friendly, fast system start-up and good technical details.
The SG double circulation pressurized fluidized bed coal gasification technology is independently developed and designed by SBWL with full independent IPR. The energy utilization efficiency of coal gasification to fuel gas system is over 90%, the ultra-low water consumption is under 0.5t/t coal, the carbon conversion rate is over 98%, and no tar organic wastewater is produced. It features the high gasification pressure, high carbon conversion efficiency, high energy utilization efficiency and zero emission of three wastes.
