Mr. Zhu Zhaokai, Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Labor Union, Secretary of the Headquarters Party Committee of Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Mechanical Labor Union, and Employee Director of Shanghai Electric Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhu Zhaokai has extensive experience in power generation equipment manufacturing. Mr. Zhu served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Turbine Works of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Steam Turbine Works Co., Ltd. from 2001 to 2009, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of the Turbine Works of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Steam Turbine Works Co., Ltd. from 2009 to 2011, Member of the Party Committee and Director of the Human Resources Department of Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation from 2011 to 2018, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group from 2013 to 2018. Mr. Zhu graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering, later obtained an EMBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a senior economist.
