ZTC was wholly owned by TKH Group NV from 2000 to 2019 and turned to be the subsidiary of Shanghai Electric since Jan. 9th, 2020, with its administration affiliated to Shanghai Electric Power Transmission & Distribution Group (SPTD).The integration enhances market competitiveness of SPTD in industrial markets, especially in data center, 5G communication and intelligent buildings. In future, Shanghai Electric will support ZTC in manufacturing and assembling of data cables.
